Q. I want to become a Member and sign up for a subscription! Are there extra fees?
A. There is a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping in the US and $15 flat rate to Canada
Q. Is everything needed to solve the mission in the box?
A. In addition to what is in the box, you will need a way to connect to the internet. There will be online activities and if you are anything like us, you will want to do your research and find out more about these fascinating people and their stories.
Q. Do you ship outside the United States?
A. Currently, we ship to mailing addresses within the United States and Canada
Q. If I change my mind, can I cancel?
A. You can cancel or suspend your subscription at any time. Just log-in to your user account and select the option to cancel your subscription. You will not be charged for any more subscription cycles until you reactivate your account.
Q. Does the adventure continue from month to month?
A. Each month is a stand-alone story that you can enjoy by itself. The individual missions do not need to go in a particular order and you can start at any time and join the community discussions for the current month’s box.
Q. When will I receive my box?
A. The CRAAAFT ships during the second week of the month.
Q. When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
A. You can get a subscription on a one, three or six-month cycle. You’ll pay for your first mission package cycle when you place your order for a new subscription. After that, you’ll be on a regular billing and shipping cycle that matches your subscription and renews on the last day of each cycle. Subscription renewals occur on the 12th of each month.The billing and shipping cycle continues as long as your subscription remains active.
